COmbine brownie mix, cake mix and cocoa powder in a mixing bowl. Combine VERY well. (Use a whisk first, and then scoop mixture from sides of mixing bowl with a rubber spatula to ensure all dry ingredients are well mixed.)

To Make Each CUP Cake:

Spray coffee cup with cooking spray. Add 2 Tblsps. of water to the cup. Mix in 4 Tblsps. of dry mixture. STIR WELL to completely combine. Add cherries or other ingredients if desired. Place in microwave and cook on HIGH for ONE MINUTE. Remove and allow to cool for several minutes. (Cherries will be HOT!) Dump onto serving plate and dust with powdered sugar if desired. ENJOY!
