I created this recipe several years ago, and it’s much easier to make than you might think. And who wouldn’t love a slice of this beautiful bread, served warm from the oven and slathered with a generous dollop of sweet, creamy butter.
Enjoy it with a steaming cup of tea, and you’ll be dreaming of the Emerald Isle…no matter what day of the year it might be!
