Easy Reuben Dip Appetizer

December 13, 2010 by Meemaw Leave a Comment

This Reuben Dip is SO easy you may want to pat some flour on your face and fake an exhausted expression when you serve it so your guests will think you spent all day making it…Just an idea…

REUBEN DIP APPETIZER

4 C. shredded Swiss cheese
1 16 oz. bottle of Thousand Island Dressing
8 oz. can sauerkraut-drained, rinsed & squeezed dry
4 pkg. Buddig brand Corned Beef-diced  (I think these are 3 oz. pkgs)

Stir all ingredients together and spoon into a shallow baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min. until bubbly and top is beginning to brown. Serve with cocktail rye bread or crackers.
