Ahh…Butternut Squash Soup. It’s good enough for company…and here is proof of that! I served this last winter as one course of a five course dinner I cooked with my foodie friend Jim.

We were gone all day today, visiting a dear friend who lives several hours away, so I’m reaching into my previous posts to share a tried and true soup recipe with you. My Butternut Squash Soup!
This would be a great addition to your upcoming Thanksgiving feast. So put on a sweater and head to the kitchen and whip up a pot of this sunshine in a bowl. I think you and your guests will love it, no matter what day you serve it!
