When we make the return trip to Iowa from Indiana, we have made it a point to stop in Lebanon, Indiana for breakfast.
Years ago we stopped at this little restaurant in Main Street…and quite honestly, the food was NOT good. So we began stopping at a dreaded franchise spot along the freeway instead. But THAT spot has been disappointing on MANY occasions, so we decided to give this little Mom and Pop another try…And we are SO glad we did!
The portion size was perfect, and the omelet was delicious…
And I couldn’t help but notice the waitress preparing homemade desserts…Brownies and a HUGE pineapple upside down cake. So lunch and dinner customers were in for a treat.
I think it’s safe to say that Bekah’s Westside Cafe in Lebanon Indiana is now our “go to” breakfast spot on our way home!
